Amy Prihoda is a dynamic and dedicated co-owner of Professional Cleaning & Restoration Systems, a family-owned business that has established itself as a leader in the cleaning and restoration industry. With a strong focus on growth and development, Amy is committed to enhancing both the client experience and team dynamics within the company. Raised with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit, Amy pursued her education at Western Connecticut State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems. During her college years, she gained valuable experience working as an Assistant Branch Manager at Ridgefield Savings Bank, where she developed her leadership and customer service skills.

After graduation, Amy joined Deloitte as an IT Auditor, where she traveled across the United States assessing IT controls for various businesses. This role honed her analytical skills and deepened her understanding of corporate processes. While she found the work fulfilling, Amy felt a pull towards her family's business, which led her to make the pivotal decision to return in 2002.

Since rejoining the family business, Amy has implemented innovative systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency. She has taken a hands-on approach to developing marketing strategies that resonate with clients, focusing on creating engaging content that builds brand identity and awareness. Her passion for training shines through as she mentors her business development and inside sales teams, empowering them to connect with clients effectively and deliver exceptional service.

In her pursuit of continuous improvement, Amy is currently focused on expanding the range of services offered by the company. She is keen on targeting a broader audience with a more comprehensive marketing strategy and coaching her team to ensure they provide the ultimate client experience.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Amy is a devoted family member who resides in Oxford with her husband, Rob, their daughter, Skylar, and Bodhi, the family’s cherished Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Their son, Giovanni, also lives nearby, and the family enjoys spending quality time together. In her free time, Amy loves cooking, exploring new cuisines, and traveling to experience different cultures. She believes that these experiences enrich her life and provide inspiration that she brings back to her business.
