Walter Morales is originally from Chiapas, Mexico and has lived in the United States for the past 20 years. He resides in New Haven, Connecticut with his wife, Olga.
During his almost 10 years working for Professional Carpet & Professional Restoration Systems, Walter has developed his skills in both the cleaning and restoration divisions of our company. Walter has a passion for knowledge and is constantly learning more about his field to excel in what he does.
Walter has a keen eye for details and customer service and applies these attributes with our customers on a daily basis. Northing makes Walter happier than a job well done! Whether working on a restoration job, or cleaning carpets an other soft surfaces in a home, Walter's goal is to leave no stone unturned when it comes to customer service.
In his free time Walter is an avid reader and runner. He participates in the annual New Haven Road Race and is looking forward to the 20K marathon this fall!
