Laura Bracci is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience providing excellent customer service. Known for her exceptional client relationship management, Laura excels at creating meaningful connections with people and delivering personalized customer care.

After pursuing her bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University, Laura combined her academic background with her love for providing superb service, to several different vocations during her career. Her commitment to an unsurpassed client experience and attention to the varying needs of her clients made her the perfect addition to the Professional Cleaning & Restoration Systems team as our Client Care Coordinator.

Outside of the office, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her family in Oxford, CT. Whether she’s exploring the outdoors with her son, John, or enjoying an evening out with her husband Taylor, Laura finds fulfillment in fostering relations both at work and at home.
